His background as an operating room technician in the healthcare field instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to service. Guided by the belief that with the right training, mentorship, and support, anyone can achieve stability and success, Lloyd works to ensure Pathways to Abundance equips participants with the skills and confidence to thrive.

Racheal Fosu is a seasoned Wall Street fintech executive and dedicated social entrepreneur with a passion for creating economic opportunities in underserved communities. As a 25-year corporate leader and founder of STEAM-focused educational programs, she brings expertise in workforce development, financial literacy, and technology training. Racheal’s work has included advising the White House on national workforce strategies and championing initiatives that prepare individuals for sustainable, high-demand careers. A survivor of the Liberian Civil War, she draws on her resilience and leadership to empower others, aligning closely with Pathways to Abundance 

Kim Ferguson is a seasoned human resources and benefits professional with over 25 years of experience guiding employees through every stage of their careers. Her extensive tenure at the City University of New York included leading benefits administration for thousands of faculty and staff, designing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with complex labor and benefits regulations. Known for her dedication to service and advocacy, Kim brings to Pathways to Abundance her passion for helping individuals navigate life transitions with confidence. Samson Styles is an award-winning journalist, documentary filmmaker, and producer who transforms real-life experiences into powerful storytelling.
